  • Brief Introduction:

    Ammonium molybdate is a compound composed of ammonium ions and molybdate ions. It is widely used in the production of high-purity molybdenum trioxide, molybdenum powder and other molybdenum compounds, and is an important catalyst in the petrochemical industry. It can be prepared by a variety of methods, such as ammonia leaching and acid precipitation. In recent years, microwave oxidation roasting technology has become a new method for preparing ammonium molybdate from molybdenum concentrate due to its high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving. This technology not only improves the leaching efficiency of molybdenum, but also improves the crystallinity and stability of the product. In addition, the application of Ammonium molybdate in agriculture has also shown its role in promoting the growth of crops. For example, research on lupin (Cajanus cajan) found that foliar spraying of 0.5% ammonium molybdate can significantly increase plant height, number of branches and number of pods, thereby increasing yield and nutrient absorption. Ammonium molybdate can also react with other metal salts to form insoluble molybdates, such as calcium molybdate. These insoluble compounds can be filtered to remove impurities and further purified to obtain pure ammonium ammonium molybdate. The research on ammonium molybdate not only helps to optimize the production process and reduce environmental pollution, but also provides important support for industrial and agricultural production.
